I am planning to open a new Other Catering company in . Rancho Cordova California. What are the requirements for Catering legal registration?
My business would be a baking and catering business people would contact me to cater parties. It would be advertised on social media and online most customers would be local.

I also make hand made baby blankets per customers order My questionis what if i dont know the day my business will start Do I need a buiness license or peddlers/vendor/transient merchant license for catering? I have a canned goods catering business, with no uncooked items What licenses do i need to start catering business.
