I'm new at this starting my own Services lonline retail online business in . Alamo Nevada. What do I need for lonline retail to be legally set up? how do I register my business and get licensing? How do I go about it? I was thinking where or because I'm trying to get licenses for . Net lonline retail I am confused. Went to government sites and cannot find any information. The first thing to decide is what business entity structure to select.  There is a sole proprietor, a partnership or a corporation or LLC.  If you are a sole proprietor/owner, you will need a business license (business tax registration occupational business license).
