I am registering my small Wholesale Trade vitamins company in . Acampo California. What are the steps for vitamins legal registration?

I don't know of any license(s) I may need to begin a vitamin business of which I may want to produce the vitamins myself. That's good, let me read the link in the mean time ARE YOU ABLE TO DO THESE FOR THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO I have an EIN...I own a business in texas.

I don't need another one from what I am reading right?? I sell vitamins and products as well HOW LONG DOES YOUR PROCESS TAKE TO COMPLETE USUALLY? LESS THAN A WEEK?

Do you know what office to file licenses and also wondering what licensing do I need for . Web vitamins I don't know what to do. I am looking online but cannot figure it out. City hall employees do not know or understand anything about it.
