I am planning to open a new Services Handyman online business in . Elkins West Virginia. What are the requirements for Handyman licensing and tax registrations?
I do car detailing all the way to landscaping, painting, decks,patio (building and cleaning),and even basic yard care.
How to register ? my business and thinking of filing legal paperwork for . e Handyman I don't know I was told that I could get that online on your site. Is it true? I call the county government but they did not know.

The following are the tax numbers and licenses you need to start your Elkins business.

   1. Handyman   Nearly all businesses need a(n) , Elkins business tax registration.

  5.  Instead of filing a fictitious business name DBA Filing in Elkins, Incorporate in WV  or  form a(n) LLC.

As of 3/1/2024 12:00 AM in Elkins, Handyman companies requires that any business operating witthin the state jurisdiction as well as the county and city have to register the business name as well as for taxes such as general business income and sales tax.
