I already have a Wisconsin Resale Permit but the owner of storefront says I need an Occupancy permit and I'm considering an LLC but still confused on how that works. In Racine, Wi.
where I live, it's difficult to get ANY sort of permits! However the lady that is leaving the storefront had a consignment second hand clothing store and other stuff so quite similar to my type of store.
If I already have the Wi. Seller's Permit what else would I need? Just the Occupancy Permit? And how would I know the city will approve this? Although the building is in a small strip mall and it's a relatively new mall and all up to code. No problems there. |
